Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account details (name, email, phone) via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Business and property data you enter (malls, units, tenants, leases, invoices, staff).
• Payment-related metadata when you use online payments (processed by Cashfree).
• Technical logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.

We use information to:

• Provide and improve the MallManager software service.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Process SaaS subscription and (where enabled) property-related payments.
• Send service notices, support replies, and product updates you request.
• Comply with applicable law and payment-partner requirements.

Online payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. Payment providers process sensitive payment data under their own policies and applicable regulations.

We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and auth providers needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, Clerk).
• Cashfree and banking partners to complete payments and settlements.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
