Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MallManager at https://mallmanage.in, operated by Praveen Nagaraj (Coimbatore, India). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

MallManager is software for managing commercial property operations (for example malls, units, tenants, leases, invoicing, work orders, and related workflows). Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you and your team enter.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Paid plans, trials, and free tiers (if offered) are described on the website or in an order form. Fees for the MallManager software subscription are payable to Praveen Nagaraj. Taxes may apply.

Where online payments are enabled, they are processed by Cashfree. You authorize us and our payment partners to process charges you initiate. Property rent or invoice collections (when enabled for a mall) may be settled to the mall operator's designated account; software subscription charges settle to the Operator.

You retain ownership of business data you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for your own commercial, tax, and legal compliance (including GST invoicing where applicable).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praveen Nagaraj is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the platform or other users.
